चलिये शुरुआत करते हैं ... । Urdu Hai Iska Naam | 'Sahil' Sehri | सफर सफर है...

Whilst our website (www.urduhaiiskanaam.com ) is still under construction... I had personally hit the ceiling.Can’t wait to get this out, with, or without our own website. Vineet Panchhi has been after my life …”Ambar Saab” kuch karo.

‘साहिल’ सहरी नैनीताली का शुमार दौर ए हाज़िर के कामयाबतरीन शायरों में होता है,उर्दू अदब की निहायत मो’अतबर और क़ाबिल ए एहतराम हस्ती जनाब कुँवर महेंद्र सिंह बेदी ‘सहर’ के अज़ीज़तरीन शागिर्द ‘साहिल’सहरी के आज हिन्दोस्तान भर में फैले 150 से ज़ियादा शागिर्द हैं,मुशायरों की पुरवक़ार निज़ामत और उरूज़ से मुकम्मल वाक़फ़ियत आप की अदबी सलाहियत का अहम जुज़ हैं,आप की गज़लों का मज्मुआ ‘सफ़र सफ़र है’ मंज़रे-आम पर आ चुका है.

Urdu Hai Iska Naam recently formulated its mission. To promote Urdu Poetry and Poets. Period.
As all dreams , we've had some difficulty in formalizing how we should do this. The answer was always there...just saw it late.
"Start!"

So here goes. Urdu Hai Iska Naam shall send out one Gazal everyday to the world. Through You Tube, Facebook and this blog, we hope to make available to the world works of contemporary shayars (not Gaalib Saab and Meer) from the Indian subcontinent. Poets who deserve to be heard...just like you deserve beauty...everyday.
